I have a regret that why I renewed my services with You broadband. This is not the first time I have experienced such pathetic service. My internet is not working properly from 3 Feb'22 and I raised a ticket through the app. Since that day, I have been contacting your customer care every day. I have been assured that they have escalated to the concerned team to resolve this issue. But no one called me yet. No technician visit so far. Your customer service manager dont even know anything about this. It's been 6 days without service. I am fed up now.
I want to make an official complaint now and need either of two below resolutions. Else, I will contact TRAI and make sure this goes to the highest level.
- Resolved my internet issue immediately
- Or cancel my service and refund the remaining amount
