I had been using You Broadband for last 10 months. I had suffered from frequent disconnections and loss of service ever since I started using it. The customer care person who registers the complaint has no idea about what the issue is, and it is very common for the issue resolution to take 3 or 4 days more than whatever estimation they give. There is no clear information about when or whether the issue will be resolved or not. If payment is delayed even by one day, they instantly deactivate the account. However, there is no compensation provided for loss of promised services and the mental agony caused thereby. I demand that you broadband be held responsible for the loss I've incurred the present time for not being able to access internet since Monday, the 6th of June 2016 which was supposed to be resolved by 7th June 2016 6:30 PM but till now (8th June 2016 21:11 hours) no action has been taken yet.
