You Broadband India — Issue is not resolved even after one month

Hi Team, I registered a complaint on November 12 and below is the complaint number: [protected] My account is : 865663 I am really frustrated with the service provided by YOU Broadband and also customer support is very worst. They asked me to renew the account which costs 1000 per month and still i didnt get my services back after a month. Each and every time when i call they are just telling that issue will be resolved soon. But no action taken from their end and also no updates at all. All the numbers which they have provided by Escalation team are fake i guess. Its ringing and none picks up the call. Its almost a month and its still not resolved.
