I have paid money of Rs 1999/- towards a new connection on 5th April 2016, till date no installation and no response from the authorized persons.When i visited branch office in Kukatpally, Hyderabad, unprofessional behavior by manager and the sales person Mr. santosh who took money from me is not even bothered to attend my calls, this firm is so manipulative that if i pay another 1999/- they will provide me connection right away.
