You Broadband india lts now powered by vodafone is a Broadband service providers in India. I am you broadband customer since last 2-3 years. Recently my internet plan got expired so i called customer care and i asked them for credit days when internet was cutoff for any reason (maintenance/wire cute etc etc) but they said i am not eligible for credit days. I asked the reason why i am not eligible but they didn't provide any reasonable answer. before this day i never i asked for credit days
I am paying for 24/7 internet service so if the internet is down for any reason they should add extra hours/days to any customer account
I have also noticed You broadband take off the internet after mid night for like 1 am to 5-6 am. I have notice this many many time, is it some kind of strategy to save bandwidth or they think customers are fools and sleeping and night lets just turn off the internet ??
Whenever you call to customer care and ask why internet is down in my area ? and they always reply "wire cut OR maintenance" (Scripted answer)
Whenever you ask to speak to the floor manager they are never available (even if you call on regular day time shift)
In one month my internet get cut off like 3-4 days and i do not get any credit days for that WHY?? i am paying for 24/7 internet service. don't i ?
So after all this problems i email to nodel officer of You Broadbank india ltd for clarification but again they failed to answer. i sent another email and they didn't reply. Here is the screenshot

As you can see they are saying that "we can find your daily usage in our system." YET i was not getting internee service for hours/days"

as you can see how many time i have to complaint about my internet service.
My Questions are
1. Why i am not eligible for credit days yet i am paying for 24/7 service.
2. What kind of business tactics do you use and turn off internet after mid night so you can save some bandwidth ?
3. Why it is always internet not working 3-4 days a month ?
4. Why there is no floor manager available to answer properly.
5. Customer care even refuse to take my complaint regarding the credit days.

I also have phone conversation recorded with customer care when they are refusing to take my complaints and more.
As per my knowledge there are many things they are doing is against TRAI and also against Consumer ACT.
