As usual no reply from this provider. That is the reason I want to left youbraodband company . I had put a complaint to the customer care that my wifi is not working after renewal (renewal date- 13 may 2019). They discarded my complaint without solving it. Have to call them again for same problem. They Are neither solving it nor giving my refund. It has been 6 days since my renewal.having lots of problems of connectivity failure almost 7 to 10 times per week. Was this information helpful? |
