You Broadband India — mis selling and not resolving the issue of internet connection | |||
Sub: wrong selling of plan and inappropriate after sales service I anuj jain have taken internet plan of 3+1 months with unlimited data plan with 50 mbps speed at rs. 2250/-. All this detail is mention on the payment receipt and this plan was sell to be my their sales person on 19/03/2020 Today i had called co's customer care for internet connection issue with their customer care executive, mr nilesh bharve and i got to know belong wrong things happen to me by youtelecom co. 1) in their system my plan validity shows only 90 days instead of 120 days — case of misselling for business 2) i was given this plan mentioning 50 mbps speed which is on record on paper i. E. On the payment and now their customer care executive is saying it is upto 50 mbps and not complete 50 mbps — serious case of misselling for business 3) today i. E. 24/04/2020 i had call their customer care which was answered by mr nilesh bharve, mentioning that from last 7 to 8 days i am not getting proper internet connection. So he mention we can't help it as your connection is not lost continuously for 8 hrs in day so we won't help you. Above all this i asked him to transfer the call to his senior and he kept me on hold saying he occupied on other call and will answer shortly, he repeated this 2 times and then he disconnected the call without my confirmation Please help me in getting a justice on this as i suppose this big company consider us a earn and throw such a small customer with inappropriate service Was this information helpful? | |||
