You Broadband India — my internet is not working

My internet is not working for last one week, i have been complaining and following up with customer care team through call but there is no response or even callback to understand the issue and resolve.
When i call customer care, they don't even have work log to understand what is the actual issue and what is the current progress, and even sometimes i get to explain the issue again and again.
