My net is down 1 to 2 days every week. And whenever we call customer care, we don't get the same answer from there, if we call their service engineer, they give the answer as if they talked to customer care, and if we go to their office, the man there tells us that he has done what happened. Our service will remain the same regardless of how far the customer has come from and where they have used the net. Just because we have given that money, we have become their slaves, those people are treating us like they are giving us net free. Purses any other company's net but don't take it even if it gives you broadband net for free. Was this information helpful? |
