You Broadband India — new broadband connection

I was promised the new connection will be done within 2 days. Once i made the payment, i was told there is some technical issue which will take time. When i asked for cancellation, i was asked cancellation charge as cancellation was being initiated by my side. If they are not able to provide connection because of some technical problem why should i pay cancellation charges. Also they said refund will be given after 45 working days. Who takes 45 working days? I had no other option but to wait. Then after 15 days they did the installation. But still internet was not started. And now they have even started counting the connection plan days. What kind of a fraud company is this? Sales guy not answering, office guys not answering, call centre takes complaints but nothing happens.

I am pay 5010 rs on 5-3-2018 to Salman sabuvala by check and he says to daily today i will come on 12 o clock in morning and never come at my office daily say to me i will come in half hours half hours and never come at my office if you dont want to give me internet connection than why are you take my money if you dont do any work than why are you take order if i will not get connection than i will give very bad review and take legal action complain on grahak suraksha as soon as possible its my last warning to you broadband ...
Why are you give me this kind of offer daily ...?? why are you do this bad work ...??

I have already purchased new internet plan and committed to provide router in max one week but almost 15 days passed away but not getting any response from them.
