My Internet was not working for a week and i was constantly registering a complaint for the same. However, the only response i used to get from Customer care was that a Technician will get back to me and my complaint will be resolved within 4-8 working hours. Even after i told them repeatedly on Customer Care that no action was taken regarding previous complaints on the issue, the Customer Care people didn't waiver from their response and no other response was given other than "Your complaint will be resolved within 4-8 working hours.
Due to the nature of problem, i have suffered huge loss in terms of time and effort related to my work. Eventually, i had to sit for hours and do some research on my own to resolve the issue
