You broadband net was out of service last 4-5 days, it resolved on thursday nite and it was said days will be credited, i am following since 2-3days and only got answer that it will happen in 4 hours, its been more than 3 days i raised complaint.
Now when my monthly plan exhausted, they are asking to recharge. But lost days not yet credited.
Pathetic service of you broadband, they never resolve issue on time and this case no actions. So it observed they never raise ur complaint on same day u raised.
Very poor unreliable service.
I an goin to discontinue and suggest not to invest ur money n time for this. Was this information helpful? |
