You Broadband India — no connection

I have been complaining of no connection since 2nd august 2018 but no one cares to come and address the problem. I have been given assurances on the phone but no action has been taken.
I have the names of all the people with whom i have been in touch with the company.
It has become so problematic for me and has been resulting in business loss for me.
