You Broadband India — No connection even after 7 days of payment | |||||
I have choose you broadband package of worth rs.1100/ and made this payment last week but still they didn't show up to set the connection. My package becomes valid on 1-dec-2016 and the count starts from that day, so i missed 5 days of service and still their technicians/representatives didn't appear to set up the connection. I have made a call to their sales Representatives almost 30 times and their customer care also, but no response. If they are not willing to set the connection then i want my money back.
