You Broadband India — No connections for last 4 days | |||||
I have a youbroadband connection for Internet. It's not working for last 4 days. I called my customer relationship manager. Her reply has not changed since first day. Every time I ve called she told me issue will be resolved in next 24 hours. Her way to deal with customer on phone is soo low and unprofessional. And every time I asked her about the issue, she makes some new story. Youbroadband customer service really has a big scope for improvement. Was this information helpful? | |||||
