You Broadband India — no internet connection - they promised refund but never called | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I have subscribed to You Broadband connection "YOU WHITE PANTHER 6000GB 6 months" by paying the complete amount for 6 months at the start. After subscribing there were frequent disconnections almost every 5 days 6 days. Even after repeated complaints they have provided temporary solutions. As per them they have put one box at someone's residence and they are switching that box off to save electricity bill. After the technicians were unable to solve the issue they transferred the issue to one Mr. Chitti a senior at you broadband as per them. Mr. Chitti promised that he will ask an officer to call us and complete amount would be refunded. But no one has called us till now and Mr. Chitti is disconnecting our calls without even receiving them. I have called their customer care again and after putting me on hold for several minutes they disconnected my call. Kindly note that I have wasted several dirhams for international calls for this issue as I stay in UAE and that connection was only for my old age parents to stay in touch. If this is the kind of service they are providing I wish the respected authorities to either cancel their license or provide the customers with relief from their misbehavior. Disconnecting the customers calls is a very strangely disappointing attitude for a reputed company like YOU Broadband. I have the history of complaints related to disconnections and some calls which were recorded with me. Kindly help us in this matter.
