You Broadband India — no proper response for my problem. | |
I have been calling you broadband customer care number since last 40-50 days regarding credit of days of 17 days. Because internet service provided by them was closed for 10 days before nearly 3 months and for 12-15 days before 1 month. Whenever i call them they says that you will get credit updates within 3-5 days but i didn't get update. And they make fool of customers like us. I request you to take necessary steps against it and solve my problem as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |

I have raised the request for shifting youbroad band connection. I have been talking to there customer support from last 15 days. Every time they say that it will require 7 working days. But till now nobody came. They are frauds. They also never return security money back. I am fed off with there service
