You Broadband India — no response by the company and organisation | |||||
I have opted for a broadband plan with you broadband india. Since the first day of my plan activation i have been suffering many issues regarding connectivity. Though i have complained a number of times through their official portal, no remedial measures have been implemented. Every time i doge a complaint details of a relevant technician have been sent to me, but of no use, since support team has been least concerned regarding the woes of their costumers. Finally i have requested for a refund that is acceptable as per their norms. However, a delay of processing my request is being observed since the first day of this problem. The issues started from 22 — 04-18 And was getting frequent disconnection The mobile application provided has an option to book a technician but when ever i try it wont book one i have called there customer service for many times but ever one can see my request and no action has taken place At 30-04-18 i have forced them to disconnect my internet connection since they were giving reasons that i could use until some time where the problem was something else and i wanted to show hem but they would not come to rectify the issue Since i paid the bill on 18-04-18 i requested for a refund due to unacceptable service Till today 2-05-18 i have not received any notification Was this information helpful? | |||||
