You Broadband India — no service provided after accepting payment | |||
I have made a cheque payment to have you broadband installed at my home. During form filling, i was informed that my locality has the service. However, after the cheque was cleared and the amount deducted from my account, i came to know that you broadband can't serve in my area. They are not yet ready to refund back the money. And everytime i call the customer nodal office, they just inform that the back end team would contact back. But even that call is never received. I would want your intervention to have the money refunded with interest. This is a clear case of forgery as the company is requesting me to have other customers to be onboarded to have the service in my locality Was this information helpful? | |||
