You Broadband India — not crediting the days for which i've not provided with internet connection | |||||
Sir this is ruthvick reddy filing complaint on behalf of : sravan kumar. Sravan kumar is my uncle. We had our internet service provider : you broadband Our relationship number with them was : 1437087 Issue : the service was down due to the installation of mc box at our home from feb-4-2018 to feb-21-2018. When we called and complained the customer care service they were not responding me correctly and my complaint was not solved. I have called them more than 10 times but there was no response so im filing a complaint here. Solution : I have to be credited these many days into my account back since i havent been served for that days Please consider my problem sir This was a serious issue Was this information helpful? | |||||
