We have taken renewal of Internet connection before 6 months but from 2 months we are not getting connectivity and they are not providing service and we are asking for refund the company is not responding to the mails. We have done so many complaints and even now I am complaining daily via sms, phone and mails but they are not giving reply. We have paid for 1 year plan but we got service only for 2to 3 months. The technicians and the executives know that we are not able use Internet and facing problem in connectivity but everyday they say our technician will solve your problem but no one is coming. Today ( 30/04/2018) i got the SMS, stating that the Connection to be recharged before 01/05/2018.
