You Broadband India — not ready to disconnect the service and refund the remaining amount | |||
I have been using you broadband from 1 year or so. This april i upgraded my plan to a 50 mbps speed plan as i was requiring high speed to carry out my work. But not even a single day i could get that high speed and it was always in the range of 10-14 mbps. I complained about this multiple times, their technicians also came every time i called them but they could not fix my problem. So i humbly asked them to disconnect the service and refund me the remaining amount on pro rata basis as i had gone for a 6-month prepaid plan. But they are not ready to do so and keep saying that is my problem and they cannot refund the money back. So need help in cancelling my connection and getting the refund.
