You Broadband India — Not responding | |||
I am an existing customer of You broadband in Vadodara city of Gujarat state. I applied for shifting of connection to my new address on 5thNov -2015. The payment receipt no is 1300756. Initially they told me that it will take 7 working days. Since i came abroad, my family contacted them so many times and everytime they respond that it will be completed with in 2 days. My wife also compaint in customer care and they told it will be resolved in 2 days. Now they are waiting from last 1.5 months. When they ask them to return money they threaten them and told money cannt be returned once paid. I am really unhappy with the service and the way of responce. My family literally wasted their time and money. They gone so many times to you broadband office. None of the officer had respond them well. Please do needfull.
