YOU BROADBAND guys have ran away with Rs 2900 of mine. In the month of July 2015, they took payment from me for providing broadband connection. They said that if you pay cash you can get the connection soon. Earlier they said that they have feasibility at my premises, but after a week when I called them they said they do not have any feasibility. I started calling them for refund they are just giving me dates but nothing in writing.

It is so difficult to get in touch with these guys. That it was easier for me to track more such cases from my area where YOU BROADBAND guys have taken money on the name of installation and ran away with it. These cases are as old as 4 to 6 months, they never saw a single rupee.
It seems as if YOU BROADBAND is only making money by running away with it. As they know that middle class people don't have that much of time to run after them.
I also have all the call recordings of each and every conversation that I had with any of their team members.
