We have subscribed for 100mbs plan on You Broadband. We are currently getting less than 20mbps. Internet stops working during the night. I am working from home in the night shift and since the internet is not working, I'm unable to work. My account detail is 2168146.
Complaints raised have no response other than restarting my router, which I have done many times to no avail.
I have attached the screenshots from speedtest and fast.com which is where these companies ask to test speedtest from.
Kindly request the ISP to resolve the same as this is hampering my work. Date of the most recent incident is 12th may 2:51AM. Previously the complaint was at 22nd April 11:10PM.
