Myself omprakash customer ID:omprak8. You can see last 2 years my records how many times I have given request & Complaint for the my power supply benefit always, that too lots of follow-up after the complaint then I have received the power supply benefit always your customer care executive say that I'll be getting a call since 2 years no call have received from your people regarding power supply benefit. Since the last 2 years for this request or complaint I have to wait a minimum 8 to 10 days working days to activate my services. You can check my records. I have given complaint on 14th and yesterday in the morning and in the afternoon your people told that I'll be getting a call from your concern person as usual your person no one have called me, today when I have called your customer care your executive is saying that there is no connections from my power supply actually there two wires are going on (kindly find the attachment which I have taken a pic)how can I know that connections are not active, because you are people since last two years there is no proper response regarding the powers supply benefit. Since 14 June to till date no one came for checking, blindly how can I say. How they can give wrong information like that. Your people will call for renewable not for this kind of service ( power supply benefit) since the last two years you can check my records. Any other kind disconnection in my connection or any problem in the area they do support a lot. I am happy with services but not with power supply benefits.
Kindly look into this and reply to me as soon as possible every time after giving a complaint or request it will take 8 to 10 working days that too lots of follow-up, to activate my services (power supply benefit).
