You Broadband India — prepaid service not provided as per contract | |
I will put it very plain and simple: I give my money in advance for 12 months of internet plan, and YouBroadband do not provide 24h/7days service continuously; if opened, a support case is not taken in charge properly; eventually, after days of delay, service come back and you will notice just by chance. The pathetic customer care is via their app only, that of course does not work if your network is missing... There is no refund or add more value days if you loose (like happened on february 2020) one entire week without net. This company need a TRAI verification for breaking too many rules with the customer's contracts. Was this information helpful? | |
