You Broadband India — purchased a plan of 8 months and internet got disconnected after 6 months only | |||
YOU Broadband USERID : nrsastry I am an old customer of you broadband have used the service for more than 2 years. When renewing our plan, an executive from YOU broadband visited our home, explained all the plans and promised us that we would be getting 2 months extra if we opt for 6 months plan. After the 6 months are over we have not got extra 2 months, we have called customer care and registered so many complaints tried speaking to the same person who has recommended this plan, by then he left the organization. We spoke several times to the YOU broadband engineer team and executive team. They would just listen to what we say and promise that we will solve the issue. Its been more than 255 days since the account got suspended, I have been trying to tell them that i would want to renew only when you can solve the old issue, Finally they started telling me in louder tone "We cannot solve the older issue, do you want to pay and renew or not?" . I rally do not understand why do they promote retain customer plans and all if they are not able to solve the issues of customer and renew the account.Most if the times i used to face service disruptions too when i was need of working from home, they used to solve the issue next day or end of the day. I am the customer you broadband india in kukatpally, Housing board, JNTU, hyderabd - 72. In october we paid through online payment of october, 2019 for 3 months they are given special code for payments of 3, 6 12 months. We applied the same and do the payment. But so far not given bonus period. they are mis guiding and cheating to customers.
