I had opted for a new connection and the customer care executive promises to get it done within 2 to 3 days. But even after calling them about the status for atleast 5 times, they failed to do it even after 15 days of connection request.
I called them and said I don't need a connection any more because this was pissing me off and my work was affecting.
I get a call for the cable fitting and I again called up customer care to remind that I had already cancelled the connection. They said they will update in the database and refund asap. I also mailed about the same. But this was useless and again I get a call from their executive that your connection is pending. These people are really pissing me off and again I called them like 2 more times to cancel and refund me asap.
Today I called up for refund again and the customer care lady at Pune said there is pending connection. :( This is really insane. And hence I have to write to Consumer Complaints.
Please take the action asap.
