You Broadband India — refund not even initiated yet | |||
On november 9th i made the payment for opening a connection from you broadband. Upon their insistence i made the payment to speed up the connection process. On 10th november i got a call back telling my building is not feasible. After which i have made numerous phone calls to customer care for the refund process and have yet to recieve any refund or any information. Kindly resolve. Was this information helpful? | |||
