Since the day I confirmed my payment on my You Broadband website I am not getting proper support .A day after paying amount I received call from You Broadband and asked me to purchase router in urgency which they only sold me at high price also on website it was showing cabling status as tick but there were no single cabling done and also it was showing feasibility as green tick and the local technician from You Broadband told me connection is not possible due to there is feasibility problem and all this happen from day 2 of purchase I am getting so much disturb due to of such kind of improper and inconvenient Service provided by You Broadband Team.
So Please initiate my refund immediately as I am already at a loss due to your inconvenient support. Was this information helpful? |
