You Broadband India — Security deposit not refunded even after 1.5 years | |||
I had YOU broadband connection 2 years before in Gurgaon. I got that disconnected in April 2014. They were suppose to refund my security deposit within 2 months, however they sent an expired cheque in August 2014. I returned that cheque to them in October 2014, asking for a legitimate cheque. They have not done anything about that yet. I am tired of following up with them I(It seems that they have done the same thing with many people). Now I am going to consumer court and take them on.
