You Broadband India — Service is not provided for what I pay for | |||
I bought You Broadband internet subscription of 6 month with 100 Mbps internet speed. But from the first day when my subscription has been started, i am getting only 20 mbps speed. I tried submitting complaint to them through their mobile app 3-4 times, no one answered. Then i mailed them my complaint and they mailed me back saying your problem will resolved in few days. It is a almost month since i purchased this service and my problem is still standing. Every time when i complaint, none of their engineer show up to analyze my problem nor they call me to ask what is a problem, instead they just message me that my problem is resolved. How my problem is been resolved if they don't know what my issue is, because when i complaint through their app, it has just one button for service, that's it. Their app not even asking for what kind of service is required. So if they don't know what problem is then how can my problem is being resolved ? Because i am still getting around 20 mbps speed.
