You Broadband India — service issue | |||
You Broadband A/c. No: 582794 Location : Surat-Gujarat I am existing customer of You broadband india since many years, having broadband connection of the company. from 11.09.2018 my internet connection is not working properly for same on 12.09.2018 i have made an service request to the company on mobile APP and they have registered my complaint vide SR No:[protected]. The engineer name provided to clear the issue was Tushar More and communication Mobile No: [protected] was given on SR details sheet. engineer has visited my place on 13.09.2018 and assured me that their is some problem and will be resolved by 2-3 working days and without solution of the issue they have closed the service request on the system. on 18.09.2018 again i have raised complaint regarding same problem as the issue was not solved again they have closed the complaint without entertaining, the details of complaints made by me as follows: on 18.09.2018 SR No:[protected] on 18.09.2018 SR No:[protected] I felt so harassed without internet i made a call on customer care on no.[protected] and explained the issue and raised complain for not working of connection vide SR No:[protected], the executive confirmed that they will solve the issue within 24 hours on urgent basis. after many complaints i have wrote the issue to appellate via email regarding the issue but no response received. again on 21.09.2018 i raised complaint through SR No:[protected] on app but no one has entertain the same. after many complaints and request no one from you broadband company has approached us for the issue. again on 25.09.2018 the same replay service request has been made by me on app and on customer care. complaint No on APP:[protected] @12.18 pm on Customer Care:[protected] @ 1.30 pm and also called to Mr. Soyeb (You Broadband Officer-Surat) on his Mobile No: [protected] he clearly replied that he is helpless and for next 4-5 days you have to suffer as they doesn't have any staff to handle the isuue. you broadband customer service is hopeless. What about the upper management they doesn't care about their customers. I personally never recommend you braodband to any one. till date my net connection is interrupted and i am facing this problem from last 15 days. Was this information helpful? | |||

I want refund for this cheating in cash or in credit anything. when i call you broadband, it increase my speed upto my plan, and but when i do not call and complaint they keep my internet speed upto 4 to 6.
