I had chosen their service because I've a transferable job and they mentioned that they will shift my connection to new location anywhere in Pune and I can continue with my existing data plans. Now they are refusing to shift my connection to my new location and are refusing to provide a refund for the pack I've already paid. Customer care is not at all helping with the solution. This is misleading customers into buying their service but not providing service for which the customer has already paid for. Was this information helpful? |
