You Broadband India — Unavailability of internet for 10day+ and no response for complaints to customer care. | |||
I'm have been you broadband internet service. on 12th july 2016 we lost internet connectivity. i raised an issue over phone to customer care on 13th of july 2016, after regular follow-up for 3days technician came to solve issue on 16th july 2016 and he blamed me for the issue saying "u have changed password that is the reason you are not getting internet" though i had not changed any password. finally he did some changes and issue was resolved. Again on the next day i lost connectivity, i followed usual procedure and called customer care. today is 21st july still my issue is not resolved and i have no internet for almost 9days and no technician came to solve the issue.
