You broadband india ltd. Has the worst customer service possible. I applied for a new connection 22 days back and made a payment of inr5000. I was promised that my connection would start in 10-12 days. Its been 22 days and no service has been provided yet. After numerous calls and mails to their customer service to which they didn't reply properly or at all, they expect me to wait for someone to discontinue their service so that i can get a modem.
This is ridiculous! Even after generating a refund request, they say no request was made for any sort of refund.
