My wifi service is not working from yesterday. I have called them many times they picked up only 3 times. At 1st time they said wifi will be started at 12:30.2nd time at 5:00 n 3rd time at 8:00. Yet my wifi has not started. When I took the contract from that time to today I have complained many times about their service they give the same reasons again n again. It’s the poor broadband with no service. Even I have asked for refund many times but they say we promise that it won’t happen again. They always give fake promises to consumer.
