You Broadband India — worst service and always temporary problem resolution | |||
I am a registered user of you broadband from past 5 to 6 years and after my last shifting of connection to satellite area in ahmadabad, the service is worst, the engineers are worst, the priorities of your now are the corporate sectors and you don't care about the individual customers. I have logged too many of complaints about the internet connection and repeated same issues since last 3 months. I request you to just fix the issue at once and assure the same issue don't occur again. I am willing to disconnect the connection if it goes on this way and would also demand refund for this kind of poor connection. This always happen when there is something important for me on that day, and this is too frustrating. I am not able to open the speedtest.org link to test the speed!!! I am not a servant of yours that i make a complaint each time and wait to get it resolved for 2 - 3 days. It's the worst way to resolve an issue. And yes the issue is not resolved at all, it is just fixed temporarily for a couple of days and then the same issues is there again. Please pass this to your utmost seniors who actually will care about this issue since i have dealt with people who are not concerned about individual customers. Looking for a reply with assurance and a quick and permanent resolutions on my repeated complaints. Was this information helpful? | |||
