You Broadband India — Worst service ever | |||||
Had booked new connection of YOU broadband... the sales guy was behind us for the connection and insisted on paying cash so connection can be done on immediate basis... we had paid cash for installation INR 500/- Next day someone from technical team calls for connection but doesnot turn up... then for next 7 days we chase them but all our calls are not answerable... and now after 7 days we realise that connection is not possible in this area... they have applied for a refund and refund will be by cheque since chq will come from headoffice in surat... moreover, they argue that you should not have paid by cash.. its written somewhere on their form donot pay by cash and on the other end payment mode option cash / chq / dd is mentioned... their attitude and approch to customers is worst ever seen by us.
