You Broadband India — worst service ever... false commitments by customer care people | |
I am using YOU Broadband since a longer time but since few months they are not responding properly and very often internet connection is not available. I have raised complaints almost 5-6 times and even talked with seniors but they always take complaints and never responded to it. Just give false commitments that query will get resolve in 4 working hours. Just talked with "Madan Nadar" and he also told me same. Every time call connects to different person and he or she started from start and suggest very silly solutions like restart device or plug out cables and plug in again. I never expected such service by YOU broadband and I am already disappointed by such pathetic service by YOU broadband people. I will suggest to people that never ever choose YOU broadband as your internet provider because their servers are always down (10 times in month) and often internet is not available due to device issue or technical issues and customer service is also pathetic. So it is not value for money. Don't waste your money on such internet providers. I am just waiting to end my subscribed plan so I can get rid of from such worst internet provider.
