You Broadband India — wrong tariff and internet is not working | |||
We are having connection since last 8 month and every month it is down for 2 to 3 days second one of the most pathetic customer service and rude engineers... Their sales person came and sold 200 mbps plan. We are paying bill since more than six month and now we realise thati their router is not compatible at all for 200 mbps.. And they do not have any device in a company to compatible for 200 mbps.. It is kind of cheating and fraud only1.. It is my request to all you broadband user to check it weather you are paying for false service expectation or not??? Internet is not working since saturday afternoon. For one it company it is very inconvenient and we were connected with 4 different engineer visit promise a d last engineer is saying he can not work on fiber and hung up. . They are saying to fix it sometime on monday but can they pay for loss coz of zero internet... We are paying for going with local brand.. I am definitely going for consumer complaint and legal notice if matter will not be resolved and compensation will not be given.. This is 5th day and engineer is giving lame reasons of road close bit there was nothing like close.. Shame on services... If it is not fixed by evening i am giving all details in local news paper along with given wrong tariff... And they put big box in the premises taken deposit and not even picking up call to cancel the contract... Do not give false commitment..
