I have a you broadband connection at my home for last more than 1.5 years. During the renewal this year, i had subscribed to you superjet 40, 2400 gb plan on 6th march 2018.
Since i had subscribed to high speed plan of 40mbps whereas my old modem was suitable only upto 20mbps, i was told that the new modem would be installed within 2 days. Since that time i have called up the customercare at least 5 times and there is no resolution to my complaint since last 20 days. Everytime i want to talk to some one senior, i am told that senior's line busy & they would arrange a call back, which never happened.
I am totally dissatisfied with the kind of service you broadband promises and delivers. As a customer you are totally at loss as beyond the call center trainees, we are unable to reach any body in you broadband.
I am totaly at loss and unable to understand to whom i should approach for resolution of my problem. It is definitely not expected from company which is now owned by vodafone. Was this information helpful? |
