You Broadband India — You Broadband connection not provided

I have applied to You Broadband for new connection. On 10/03/2017 you broadband marketing person came to my home and collect payment cheque. He has informed me to provide connection maximum within 15 days. I called him last week, he assured me to provide connection by Monday. Today nothing done by them and when i call him they are not picking my call. I am suffering due to non providing connection as per commitment. I have wasted my lots of time. I am suffering for backlog of work load and even financial losses also.
