I was given a printed marketing paper with a phone number to contact for new connection. Since my priimary internet provider was down for a day and I needed to be connected for work purposes, I called asking about a connection. I was promised connection within two hours after payment and sending documents. I immediately did that but they took more than 24 hours to put a line only to my location. A line only(which was not fibre to home technology) as promised and without a router which was totally useless to me. While the line was brought around noon, when asked about a router, no response till late evening saying now in village, cannot help with router to wait. He then called back on Monday afternoon. If YOU broadband treats new customers who pay full amount like this, I cannot imagine what sense of customer service they have. I wrote to them for refund. They better refund it to me as the line is useless to me and I do not wish to have any association with a company of such poor customer service. Was this information helpful? | |||||
