I have made online payment of Rs 2384/- on 6th May, 2015. After that I got call from Vishal Shelar 2-3 times in one day. The last time that I informed him that I have made online payment, he did not call back even once. He was supposed to do the installation on 9th May, but it is still pending as of today. I did not receive any call from him in the last week. I lodged multiple complaints(1015 times) on the YOU broadband customer care number, everybody gave the same response:"I am escalating your complaint. You will get a call in 4-12 hours." But I did not get any call back from YOU. I have lost Rs100/- mobile balance as well in calling the customer care.
As of today, it doesnt look like Vishal will complete the installation in the next 3 days too. Was this information helpful? |
I too have a very bad experience with you broadband. I paid for connection on May 8 and still there is no response from YOU broadband. Everytime when i make a call the same response is received :"Iam sorry, give me a chance I am escalating your complaint. You will get a call in 4-12 hours. Your request has been assigned to Muthukrishnan" But I did not get any call back from YOU.I paid 3000. I lost my money no responce from them.
