You Broadband — Internet not working and no redponse from custumer care

broadband service is not working for more than 40 hours, customer care has no reply i have called them at least 8 times starting from 27th june 10:30 am until present 28th may 21:00 pm The standard answer was the internet servise will be up and working after 2 hours and s member of a service team will call you up. The call never came. This is the emsil is sent to the... But still no reply Good day i would like you to know that my internet is not working from 10:30am until now. I have already called 3 times at the customer service and received no convincing answer. This is the 3rd time in the week that this has stopped working without giving us any notice. I work from home, my work stays pending and causes me lot of inconvenience. I have a 3G internet from mobile i use it in emergency i cannot use it all the time. I would like you to know if this thing continues i would like to disconnect the connection and compensate me accordingly. I cannot have delays in my work. Please see into this matter ASAP
