You Broadband — internet not working since 28 days

I took an internet connection from you broadband, pay the amount on 27.05.2015 and it connection fixed on 10.06.2015.and it worked only till 11.06.15, After that it didn't work and I raised a complaint in their customer service many times but they didn't give any response.and if you dial the given numbers they do not respond.Then I asked them to cancel the connection and refund my amount. But they are not ready for that also. Its the worst of service I have never seen.My a/c no.1214635. I want instant refund. Will not spare you and will not allow you to achieve so called "SALES TARGET" illiterate Customer Associates in You Broad.
