I have taken Internet services from you broadband in pune. From the day 8 have taken connections i am facing connectivity issues. Inspite of registering complains for 3 times they have not send any technician at my place to look into the problem. Today i.e. 5 September, 2015 i registered complaint at 8:55 am regarding net connectivity. These guys did nt even calles me or send any person at my place. Everytime when i call their customer care they have a standard reply we are sorry for inconvenience.they have a resolution time of 8 hours and after those 8 hours when i did not get any proper reply i am registering complain. I also tried calling to pune branch but they did nt recieve call. I called them for aome 15 to 20 times. I also tried calling on appellantsl number but that person is alos not recieving call. In this case when i am not able to avial the provided services where should i go and complain. Customer care ask me to call branch office andbranch office do not recieve call. If i am registering the same compalin again and again why they are not looking into it seriously. I hv a pre paid connection i m paying for it when i am nt using it. What shouls i do?
