I wanted to shift to new place in same city Pune,
So before renewing the plan I called youbroadband customer care and asked for feasibility in new area, the representative told me that service is available in that area,
so I renewed the subscription, after shifting to new place I got to know that no service is available at new location, and company not even responding to my complaints.
The just converted my shifting request to disconnection request.
I just used the internet for 1 month after renewal. Still there is 45 day in credit & 110 GB in credit. I think youbroadband should refund my money back.
